Hi everybody
Congratulations to the CLBC paddlers who did so well at the WA Flatwater Championships on the weekend of 11/12 February. 12 paddlers represented Champion Lakes and we won at least 6 gold medals ( I have lost count but know from Taiti that the paddlers have won a bundle of silver and bronze as well!).
There will be a Sprint windup/celebration next weekend at Cyril Jackson SHS Rec Centre with a medal presentation so it would be fantastic to see a large contingent of paddlers and parents attend the night to celebrate the CLBC paddlers success at this years State Champs.
We may be a small club but our paddlers have big hearts, lots of determination and our coaches/parent helpers are simply awesome to achieve these results!!!!
